Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance, ensuring effective implementation of processes such as ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service.

• Key Duties: Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and store opening/closing; monitor sales, profitability, and inventory levels; maintain merchandise presentation and inventory accuracy; uphold cash handling, security, and safety protocols; deliver excellent customer service; and ensure store cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of retail practices, inventory management, cash handling, and safety procedures; ability to interpret documents and perform mathematical calculations; and preferably bilingual in Spanish. Management experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
