Job summary

val's services in Hutchinson, MN is seeking a hands-on store manager to lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, and drive excellent customer service.

You will oversee ordering, receiving, inventory, merchandising, and safety compliance while opening/closing the store. Prior retail management and strong communication are preferred to motivate teams and uphold company policies.

Ability to interpret manuals, perform mathematical calculations, and operate cash registers. Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.

Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous.

Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional outdoor exposure. Ability to operate equipment and transport merchandise as needed.
