Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will hire, train, coach, and manage staff across Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring a safe, efficient environment, and promoting customer engagement. 3+ years of management experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous management experience is required.
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected.

What You Will Do:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees.
• 3+ years of previous management experience is required.
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected.
• Highly motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
