Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff across Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles while ensuring safety and efficiency. This role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and superior service to drive branch success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous management experience is required.
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and lead by example with daily engagement.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles.
• Foster a customer-focused environment through strong product knowledge, service standards, and consistent engagement.
• Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent.
• Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement and development.

What You Will Do:

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees.
• 3+ years of previous management experience is required.
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected.
• Highly motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
