Total Tool, a NEFCO company, seeks a Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily branch operations, grow a high-performing team, and deliver top-notch customer service. You will drive staffing, training, inventory control, and safety, while maintaining excellent store standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm. We seek strong leaders with experience supervising teams, a customer-first mindset, and solid computer skills to learn new software and keep store operations running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees.
• 3+ years of previous management experience is required.
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected.
• Highly motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles.
• Foster a customer-focused environment through strong product knowledge, service standards, and consistent customer engagement.
• Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent.
• Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement and development.

What You Will Do:
