NEFCO is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local team at Total Tool. You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate branch staff in Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery roles while promoting exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, with construction or industrial background preferred. You will oversee inventory, shipping, and safety, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles.
• Foster a customer-focused environment through strong product knowledge, service standards, and consistent customer engagement.
• Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent.
• Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement and development.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees.
• 3+ years of previous management experience is required.
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected.
• Highly motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
