Job summary

High’s is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to join our Elkton, MD store. We seek outgoing, friendly team players who can manage day-to-day store operations and greet customers, emphasizing our Fast, Fresh & Friendly service.

We offer part-time and full-time roles for individuals 16+, with early morning shifts from 4:00 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and 4:30 am to 11:00 am on alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to learn policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Properly execute selling initiatives and provide value to the customer.
• Follow all food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements, if applicable.
• Greet and communicate easily with customers.
• Dedication to assisting customers’ needs to enhance their experience.
• Knowledgeable about products and services.
• Apply positivity to your customer service strategy by emphasizing “sales & specials.”
• Additional duties will be discussed at the interview.
