Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a confident Closing Leader to join our fast-paced dining team in Texas. This leadership role emphasizes ownership of the shift, decision-making, and mentoring a high-performing crew.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience, strong people skills, and a focus on food safety, guest satisfaction, and a positive team culture. Schedule: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, five nights a week, with rotating weekend days off.

Job description

We’re looking for a confident, driven Closing Leader to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with integrity, and takes ownership of their shift and team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (required)
• Strong leadership presence — you know how to take charge, make decisions, and get results
• Clear and confident communicator who can delegate effective and inspire others

• Proficient In:
• Money management
• Food safety and cleanliness standards
• Problem solving under pressure
• Customer issue resolution

• Team-focused and culture-driven — you bring positive energy and hold yourself and others to high standards
• Able to handle direct feedback and grow from it — no drama, just a mindset to improve
• Comfortable working and managing from a position — leading by example in the flow of the restaurant

Schedule:

• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 5 nights a week (includes weekends)
• We offer rotating days off across the weekend to support work-life balance
• Additional compensation provided for closing availability
