Venture Ridge LLC, a growing retail company specializing in outdoor and adventure gear, seeks a Store Manager to lead our location in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role requires someone experienced in a fast-paced environment, passionate about customer service, and committed to driving sales and maintaining high standards of inventory.

As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Tasks include inventory control, customer service, sales targets, and store maintenance. You'll also handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

The salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $50,203 per year, providing a competitive base pay that can be further enhanced through performance bonuses.
