Outdoor Living Supply LLC in Pineville, NC seeks a hands-on Store Manager to lead a Stone Center location. You will guide daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales while maintaining premium customer service and profitability.

Responsibilities include budgeting, merchandising, and partner collaboration with regional teams. The role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach, with regular travel to support nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of Store Manager/Branch Manager/Assistant Store Manager experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, safety, merchandising, and workforce management.
• Drive store sales, gross margin, profitability, and customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team through hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement aligned with company values.
• Oversee relationships with contractors, customers, vendors, and community partners.
• Analyze store financials and inventory to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure SOPs, safety programs, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Manage NetSuite transactions, purchase orders, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and scheduling.
• Partner with Regional Leadership on budgeting, merchandising, staffing, pricing, and initiatives.
• Travel periodically to support nearby locations and trainings.
