Job summary

Tharp Consulting in Minnesota is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising and customer service. You will recruit and develop staff, set performance goals, manage opening/closing, analyze expenses, control shrinkage, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Physical & Working Conditions
