99 Ranch Market in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Store Management Trainee. The role begins with a 6–8 month training period, after which qualified candidates are assigned to a store to supervise the department SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, and staff management.

You will work with the store management team to design promotion plans, meet sales targets, maintain displays, ensure freshness, and supervise attendance and training.

Qualificações

• Management/supervisor experience required.
• Bilingual English, Chinese, and Spanish preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee department SOPs and training during and after the 6–8 month trainee period.
• Manage daily department operations per company standards.
• Collaborate with store management to design promotion plans and meet sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure freshness, and keep shelves stocked.
• Order products based on inventory, promotions and delivery schedules.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.

Conhecimentos

Supervisory experience
