99 Ranch Market is offering a Store Management Trainee (MIT) position at our Jersey City, NJ location. The role includes a structured 6–8 month training period with evaluations, after which you will be assigned to a store and oversee department SOPs, product knowledge, planning, and supervision of staff.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating promotions, maintaining displays, and ordering inventory.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of related field experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and training materials.
• Must be willing to travel between stores for training and relocation if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations during training and post-training assignments.
• Plan and execute store promotions to meet sales targets.
• Maintain shelves, ensure product freshness, and manage inventory rotation (FIFO).
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
