99 Ranch Market is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Edison, NJ. The program runs 6 to 8 months, after which successful trainees are assigned to a store and take on department supervisory responsibilities.

You will work with the store management team to design promotions, maintain displays, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of service. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures and training materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for confidential situations.
• Able to travel between stores for training purposes.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Train and evaluate for 6 to 8 months, then supervise department SOP, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization and staff.
• Manage the department's daily operations and meet company standards.
• Collaborate with store management to design store promotions and meet sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, ensure freshness, and keep shelves stocked.
• Order products based on inventory, promotions, and delivery schedules.
• Receive poultry shipments and check quantity and quality.
• Control inventory movement (FIFO) and routine counts.
• Coordinate with local vendors and local products.
• Update labels and print price signs efficiently.
• Schedule department staff and manage attendance.
• Support Human Capital Management activities like coaching and mentoring.
