Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. seeks a Management Trainee to support the goal of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, including cashiering, displays, and store-cleaning, while working with the Store Manager to develop leadership and recruiting skills.

You may act as Store Manager in their absence. You will train teammates, lead by example in customer service, and aim to advance into store management with a focus on sales

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Assist in training Teammates and motivate them to meet daily tasks.
