Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience as retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team and deliver WOW! customer service.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statements to improve profitability.
• Support store operations, enforce policies, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees.
