Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (1–2 years) of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible schedule: full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, overtime as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Leadership Development – live the pledge, ensure WOW! customer service and a high‑performing team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensuring policies are followed and training processes are structured.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to develop a strong team.
• Lead customer service initiatives and address concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete management skills training and learn key store operations.
