Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time schedule with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! Customer Service, building a high-performing store team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication to drive store execution.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong team.
• Lead customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete management skills training and progress toward management openings.
