With a focus on leadership training, customer service excellence, and operational expertise, you’ll receive hands-on assignments and structured learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership development and management training.
• Support store operations, customer service, and staff development.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a strong team.
