The MIT position prepares you for a Retail Store Management role through leadership training, hands-on assignments, and structured learning opportunities. Progression to management within 8–12 weeks depends on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year: 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and cultivate a high-performing, engaged store team.
• Lead store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold structured training processes.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Take charge of customer service activities, ensuring outstanding experiences and resolving concerns proactively.
• Manage monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to optimize store profitability.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong, successful team.
