Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management or supervision.
• Willing to work full-time with flexible schedule incl. nights and weekends.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive retail or P&L is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Deliver WOW customer service and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and store merchandising.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements to improve profitability.
