Qualifications

• 1 year to 2 years of retail management or supervision experience.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience with P&L analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a high-performing store team.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements to improve profitability.
• Support store operations with structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training.
• Oversee customer service activities and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and onboarding.
