You will work alongside a Store Manager to lead staff, recruit talent, and drive profitability, with earnings consisting of an hourly base rate plus commission tied to productivity and a store performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring procedures are followed to protect assets.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control and store procedures.
• Administer store processes including inventory, loan management, merchandising, and reporting.
