Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills while learning day-to-day store operations.

You'll work with store leadership to understand customer service, inventory management, and performance analytics across a diverse range of merchandise. You will train on opening/closing procedures, coaching teammates, and contributing to sales goals, with a schedule typical of retail hours.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs; perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service and a team-oriented mindset; math and computer basics.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
