The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will progress to an Assistant Store Manager after successful completion of the initial training and performance milestones.

The program runs about 44 hours per week, including evenings or weekends. You will work with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, learn operations, sales, and strategy, and grow the company’s

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Complete training as part of the program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards, including promotional packages and displays.
• Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
