Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee in the United States. This accelerated, entry-level program prepares you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months with a chance to advance to Assistant Store Manager after the initial 6–8 weeks of training.

The role involves a typical 44-hour week, with evening and weekend work possible. You will learn all operations, sales, and strategy as you lead a million-dollar store and grow market share among painting contractors and commercial

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
