Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is launching an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months. You will work with store management to supervise a million-dollar business, learn operations, sales to contractors and other commercial users, and develop leadership and strategic skills for a career within Sherwin-Williams.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must have at least a bachelor's degree by start of program.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Complete training consistent with established program.
Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Build and maintain knowledge of all products to make effective customer recommendations.
Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Complete store administration.
Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
