Job summary

The program follows a promote-from-within philosophy, offering clear advancement to an Assistant Store Manager after completing the initial 8-week training.

You will work with store management on a million-dollar operation, learning every aspect of our operations, customers, and strategy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to advise customers effectively.
• Maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support training, development, and performance management.
• Respond to customer and employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager on outside sales calls.
