CVS Health is expanding talent through a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. The 16‑week, self‑paced, collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, and store manager coach.

Anticipated hours are 40 per week for a full‑time role with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Support and lead the team through structured training
• Participate as a management team member and model CVS values

• Accept promotion roles within the designated market
