Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Minneapolis seeks a Customer Retail Manager to drive selling, merchandising and distribution at store level. You will represent the Kraft Heinz portfolio and align with sales teams to hit revenue targets while managing promotional programs and agreements.

Base salary ranges are shown with potential bonuses; you will work with a team to optimize shelf presence, pricing and share growth across assigned customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Located in Minneapolis, MN.
• Ability to work with autonomy with minimal supervision.
• Valid Driver's License with favorable driving record.
• Availability to work in stores early as 7:30AM Mon-Fri.
• Ability to work during weeks leading up to holidays and big events.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills with internal/external contacts.
• Experience in selling, merchandising or customer service preferred; proven results welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, leverage field customer relationships.
• Execute sales & shelving strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure effective execution of customer agreements and promotional programs.
• Maintain communication with agency counterparts for alignment on retail priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Leads and leadership to maximize growth opportunities.
• Foster thought leadership through engagement and clear communication.
• Demonstrate growth mindset through best-in-class execution and influence.
