Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Customer Sales Manager for Smart & Final to own and grow a $20M net revenue desk within the CBT. You’ll drive selling activities, build strong customer partnerships, and execute category management strategies to boost margins and market share.

Based in the United States, you will travel 5-10% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned sales plans, shelving objectives, and promotional executions that support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer management and/or retail sales for a CPG company.
• Experience owning a $20M+ net revenue desk.
• Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the customer to understand their business, marketplace, and growth opportunities.
• Achieve New Item Authorization, Distribution, and Base Business objectives (Revenue and Share).
• Lead implementation of Space Management Projects.
• Drive promotional revenue through tactics and Kraft Heinz pricing strategies.
• Maintain files and documentation for business transactions.
• Identify new ways to grow the business profitably.
• Understand the competitive landscape and propose opportunities to internal partners.
