Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of consumer packaged goods experience or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Define retail execution priorities with CBT and aligned with Perfect Store.
• Lead and develop a team of Retail Sales Managers.
• Build relationships with Kroger division leadership and provide updates.
• Analyze performance to optimize routing and store coverage.
• Drive ROI visibility with store-level insights and event performance.
• Oversee brokers and training to maximize retail execution ROI.
• Manage budgets and travel 25–30% to support field operations.
