Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Minneapolis is seeking a Customer Sales Analyst to turn data into actionable insights, support customer selling stories, and help the team execute core routines with accuracy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, eCommerce, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Power BI experience, and the ability to analyze sales and merchandising data.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including models, trackers, and analysis across multiple data sources.
• Experience in CPG or retail critical functions (marketing, sales, category management, insights).
• Understanding of Category Management and customer business processes.
• Experience with syndicated POS and panel data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate clearly with leadership.
• Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel and Power BI–based trackers to share weekly and monthly performance data and trends.
• Analyze sales, category, consumer, and merchandising data to identify business insights and opportunities.
• Build presentations and selling materials for internal and external audiences.
• Support customer-specific selling stories and business reviews.
• Identify key volume drivers, risks, and opportunities, and communicate implications clearly.
• Evaluate merchandising events and provide points of view on execution, compliance, consumption, and value.
• Own core routines including line review support, item setup, sample coordination, post-event tracking, performance updates, and internal communications.
