Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience by leading sales, merchandising and daily store operations.

You will train and motivate teammates, recruit new staff, and act as Store Manager in their absence, driving showroom presentation, service standards and business results. This role offers growth within our retail leadership track.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Teammates.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities
