Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager in implementing store processes, supervising employees, stocking, receiving, and handling paperwork. This role focuses on developing internal candidates for the Store Manager position and is time-limited.

Responsibilities include assisting in staffing, merchandising, inventory controls, and ensuring cash and security procedures are followed, while driving sales and maintaining store standards.
