Qualifications

• Ability to learn and perform IBM cash register functions and generate reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to established practices.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and prepare inventories.
• Follow practices to meet or exceed in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of all company funds and cashier accountability.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked stores and operate the store in the manager's absence.
