Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Managers In Training to learn the day-to-day operations of running a Cumberland Farms convenience store, supported by Training Managers and Supervising Managers.

You will rotate through shifts to learn about the company, retail team, vendors, and guest service while preparing to step into a Store Manager role. The program emphasizes leadership development, hands-on experience, and opportunities to advance across our 1500+ sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full to ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store interior and exterior; ensure coffee station and food service areas are clean.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
