Job summary

7‑Eleven stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive profitability, and develop staff with a focus on customer service excellence. You will oversee daily operations alongside an Assistant manager and participate in merchandising initiatives to maximize sales and brand standards.

The role emphasizes training, internal advancement, and adherence to health and safety procedures while delivering an outstanding customer experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with P&L and store metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead store team.
• Drive merchandising and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
• Use P&L, sales reports to improve performance.
