Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager through a 16-week, self-paced program with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You'll work with a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach to grow leadership skills, strengthen customer service, merchandising execution and inventory control across the store.

Qualifications

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
