Buckle in Indianapolis, IN is hiring an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store leadership and drive sales. You will participate in merchandising, guest service, cashiering and daily operations while mentoring Teammates and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

The role offers growth through leadership training, recruitment activities, and hands-on responsibilities across Sales, Training and Operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates on the sales floor.

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales generation and guest engagement.
• Participate in recruiting and training Teammates.
