Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist district manager and store manager in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting and disciplining staff.
• Train new team members and manage performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff training across all areas.
