Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader Trainee in Ohio to join a management team and develop leadership skills through hands-on coaching, training, and day-to-day store operations.

You will collaborate with the Store Leader to deliver excellent customer service, drive merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling, and ensure a clean, safe environment while advancing within a strong internal promotion culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Assist in maintaining high retention by developing leaders and coaching staff.

• Manage cash handling and support loyalty program promotions.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
