Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Ohio. This role focuses on customer service leadership, coaching employees, and driving store performance under the Store Leader’s guidance.

You’ll oversee daily operations, participate in merchandising and marketing programs, handle cash and fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining a clean, safe environment and strong team retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling and fuel transaction experience.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with Store Leader for all store employees.
• Lead recruitment and retention of store staff and develop leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are stocked.
