Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Ohio to join a management team and gain valuable leadership experience. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.

You will supervise store staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help execute merchandising and promotional programs while driving growth and efficiency. Qualified applicants should have supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and be able to multi-task and

Qualifications

Experience leading a store team and delivering customer service leadership.
Ability to train, coach and develop store employees with the Store Leader.
Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
Comfort with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
Strong communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all employees.
Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and boost employee productivity.
Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
Keep store clean, safe, stocked and compliant with health procedures.
