7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Ohio to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash handling, fuel transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and inventory controls.
