Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders and empower employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure stock availability.
• Communicate effectively and work with teams to achieve goals.
