Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Ohio (North Olmsted) to join a dynamic store leadership team. You will support the Store Leader with daily operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will lead merchandising execution, promote loyalty programs, and manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and safety standards. This role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and growth opportunities within a strong internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required with retail management experience.
• Previous supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Maintain cash handling and fuel transactions with loyalty program promotion.
• Ensure a clean, safe store environment and in-stock products.
