7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Ohio.

You will work with the Store Leader to provide customer service leadership, train staff, and coach teams to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes merchandising execution, promotions, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program support, with a focus on safety and stock control.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader to drive store performance.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants; build future leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising & marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program.
• Ensure store is clean, in-stock, and compliant with health procedures.
• Communicate clearly; demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with tech.
• HS diploma or GED preferred, or 1+ year retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and responsible driving record.

Responsibilities
