Job summary

Buckle in Eugene, OR is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support store leadership, drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, executing visual standards, managing loss prevention, and coaching teammates.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, exchanges, and security practices.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit and train teammates, ensure accountability and development.
• Understand and apply Buckle policies and Loss Prevention practices.
