Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our leadership team in store operations.

You will work alongside the Store Leader to guide staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and implement merchandising programs across the store. The role emphasizes leadership development, retention, and hands-on involvement in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, train, and develop leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient in basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support in-store merchandising and promotional activities.
• Manage recruitments and accelerate leadership development.
